The procession starts at 1pm from Avenue Road by Wembrook Primary School and has 2 stops outside St Nicolas Church and on the ring road next to the Ropewalk Car Park. The procession can have up to 25 floats, marching bands and over 100 walking entrants from local companies, groups and individuals.

The Gala field has a giant fun fair, arena acts, children's entertainment, local and trade stands and much much more
Food is available from a dedicated area where you can choose from the wide variety of offerings from Hog roast, Caribbean, Burgers, drinks and ice cream.
For the more adventurous there is Pearson's fair at the end of the field with all the fun games and rides you would expect to see, as well as stalls with games and activities to try.

The competition is open to any female living in Nuneaton & Bedworth and aged 16+ years for Carnival Queen and Deputy Queen
and aged between 7-11 years for Carnival Princess on the date of the competition - October 2016 (exact date to be confirmed).
